... From the time of documentation no proper communication. Worst in communication. Even the performance incentive is deducted from your pay, no night shift allowances though they are grave yard shifts. Your shifts keep changing every month which effects your health and poor in approving leaves though you are sick

...e got other jobs? Myself am from a nonvoice background and am in the tloa phase. No salary to support my family. Please if management helps employees like us, it would be grateful.

Though management addresses our issues, I don't think they are being resolved. If employee continues to work continuously in one process for more than 18months, there should be a change in the process so that employees would be aware of other processes.

We can learn alot of things as a fresher and grow our skills. Professionally it's very high on employee satisfaction and job security. Friendly environment and we can take Intative on various fronts. It depends how much to grasp and learn to grow in it.It gives you all options.

The compensation part doesn't satisfy the experience people after 2-3 years working in it.

The company is good flatform to fresher's , it thought me lot of things in terms of how to work in a team, learning new technology, and I encouraged by mangers in terms of best employee of the month. And learn how to resolve a problems of customer's.

NOTHING is there for LIKES & PROS, Lots of criminal & hidden office politics, Lots of huge hidden & secret & criminal & very illegal privacy violations, personal life violations and human rights abuses & violations very secretly & in a very hidden manner

BEGGARS SALARY, NO new skills learnings & NO career development at all, huge hidden & secret & direct & indirect tortures & tormentations , huge discriminations , degradations & disrespect & blemishes & severe dignity damages, severe negative exploitations and heart-less attitude by HR & Mgmt and by even some criminal peers who are very unworthy in any subjects & communication, and completely doesn't have any quality standards in the behaviour, character & attitude.
