Salary and payroll was very satisfying. There were no problem on receiving the pay. There are lot many opportunities to learn more

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Hard working employees will always be dumped up with all the works instead employees who are still acting as if they were busy are still enjoying their lives without any work and getting the pleasure by dumping their works to others. Also some US employees will always provoke that Indian employees are not upto the mark and not smarter than them. Some employees still working in higher positions without any knowledge in their field. Exit interview was not scheduled by HR. There was no clarity when will we get settlement and whom to approach. Last but not the least please treat the employees as human being. Also do understand that even they have their families to take care of.

...o Upskilling assistance, Senior HR asks an Engineer to work for a BPO process. No Salary Hike, Unfair rating and hikes, No meeting on performance or feedback from managers. Management tries to get things done for free, wont even spend on tools to work.

...ow much you jell with him. So called systematic apprisal still it's biased only. PHR are behind program which pays salary to them. As usual corporate with stinking salary. Worked for 11yrs and max promotion was TL with 6.7L was my CTC joined as Sr.Consultant for 3.2LCTC.

Suth has all the policy like government which none follows it, All tops management people will groom only their family members in this org. Good for a fresher if he exits out in 2yrs.

The work culture is very peaceful and the salary is pretty fair compared to other other companies as Sutherland provides a much better package even to freshers. The best salary packages in the industry.

Dislikes

If you are hired on a contractual basis like I was there is no job security at all if the process to which you are hired is unsuccessful or if there is no more requirement for so many head counts they will just as you to go home. Maybe you will be notified a 2 days or maximum a week before that to just casually they will tell you may lose your job and they will just tell you to go home. Since they are hiring you for a contractual role you won't get any compensation or any other supports.

Work life balance was good and nice place to work peacefully. there is no politics and good salary package with good incentives

Process got ramp down without agent’s knowledge and they didn’t take care of them
