...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...his case people got infected by covid and even 3 of my colleagues are no more providing less salary. And lots of partiality, Worst company ever I have seen, The managers and the team leads do not have manners how to talk to the female employee. SAIDEEP DUSARA is a team lead currently working for the amazon process in Sutherland is such a worst person ever I have seen. He doesn’t has any kind of professionalism, He behaves like a roadside romeo. RINA, the manager she doesn’t have any kind of process knowledge, she can only walk on the footsteps of SAIDEEP. She does not has any kind of own decisions Very bad experience working with them If SAIDEEP wouldnt haven been my T.L I would have slaped him with my shoes so that he learns how to respect women . Politics and politics is the only thing played in this office. It was a mental torchure for me to work under RINA And SAIDEEP DUSARA and even the HR wouldn’t go against the manager. I haven’t enjoyed a single day working in this environment. May be it was my bad luck and unfortunate to get in this team

The team meets will be very nice and caring. Company will give tickets for amusement parks or some out door activities to make you relax once every 5 to 6 months of time. If you are a fresher and want to get a decent job and gain experience in bpo sector this might be good.

... permanent job, even though you have performed well they might fire you anytime. Transportation will be given one way, which is also not free they will take the amount from your salary. Morning shift will be good but other timings will not be safe for us especially if you are women. Work life balance will not be great due to the shift timings provided.

Very worst salary package, promotion, TL,Managers... In Sutherland 6 days working one days week off Including government holidays.... Best suggestion don't choose any one Sutherland company and don't believe any fake advertisements.....

Good for gaining experience as a fresher.

Dislikes

...mination in the last of the month and I had stuck in the location without money. Because salary will not provide by the company as per the company policy it will come after 45 days something. And I was the top performer.
