Worst place to work no learning or development low pay office politics and everyone manager CXO, VPs , Directors are family members only you will get to see a lot of nepotism CTO is son of founder HR head is wife of CTO etc.

...pens 2-3 times then get ready to get notice from CTO. So everything is worst . Prefer a product based company with less salary over this service based company.

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling, company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't addres our issues .salary is doesn't but carrier growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cont resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Everything. Work culture is beyond bad The Managers are rude. They fire employees left and right for silly reasons No support from anyone during training Every employee is scared and nobody will help you or take a stand for you or themselves Very controlling place The office is like a jail. Nobody even talk to each other.Only junior hr talks to everyone and cheers everyone No projects in company but attitude is like they are come big mnc Don't join here if you are looking for growth You will work like a donkey and get nothing in return except for criticism. You will get blamed about silly thing everyday and they will make a big deal out of it as it it was a bit mistake. CTO's wife works until 11am and nobody questions. Worst place ever

In the begining you will learn a lot. I joined as software engineer, and that means complete full stack developer here. Manage DB to frontend and backend. Learning curve is steep at the begining. But once one tech is learner, it becomes quite boring as rest of the days, u will mostly do copy and paste.

Dislikes

Repeating work. Same technology. After a point it feels like u r not learning anything new. So u will lose interest. Most of the time, u work alone, not in teams. So u have only got urself to rely on.
