Third class management. No thinking on Employees development, Lack of basic facilities, late salary & increment, Improper Reporting structure, No job security, etc. Means if you don't have any job than you may join. Otherwise do not join at survival Technologies.

Nothing really want to tell you about SURVIVAL. You will definitely not secure about your job. I worked there for 11.5 years and they not think about your future if they want to replace you. No support from management to improve your skills.
