...are treated so well. The Work-life balance, WFH opportunity(after completing 1.5years), NO PRESSURE work environment, Generous performance bonus, On time salary and good hike, Outstanding number of Leaves(26 paid leaves), and holidays(20 per year) + weekends(Sat & Sun) and across the teams the working hour is 9.30 am to 6.30 pm -- These things make feel very happy. More than that No dirty politics, No gender or cultural bias. Just do your job, perform well and be happy... The way employees are respected by the management is awesome. They recognize my skill set well and inspire me to learn and grow without pressure.

...rformance were further acknowledged, and I was asked to handle the Support Team. The company provides annual salary hikes, but I received mine 2 months before my Annual Review. This truly reflects how the management values hard work and dedication. We have weekends off(2 days), and the management never demands us to work during our off, even for high-priority tasks. They genuinely value employees' family time. Additionally, we enjoy a good number of holidays and paid leave. The appreciation letters we receive from the Operations Manager motivate us to give our best in every task. He is always motivating and guiding the team to achieve their goals. He supports us in every learning process and never gets tired of explaining tasks to us. We have colleagues from various states, and there is no cultural, religious or language bias. All those who work sincerely are recognized and rewarded, where we share a strong brotherhood & sisterhood bonding. I highly recommend the job opportunities here to my friends, as this company truly supports career growth and personal development.

I started my career by taking responsibility for UI/UX design, which allowed me to build a strong foundation in creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. The company further supported my growth by offering me a UI/UX course with certification, helping me enhance my skills. Later, I expanded my role by supporting both Manual Testing and Automated Testing, gaining valuable technical expertise and a deeper understanding of the product's quality assurance process. With consistent effort and dedication, I was promoted to Product Manager, a role where I could leverage my previous experiences to drive product strategy and execution. Throughout this journey, the management has been incredibly understanding, especially when it comes to my family situation. They provided me with the option to work from home, which has been invaluable to me. Even now, I continue to learn new things here, thanks to the management’s insights and support, which have been instrumental in shaping my career and personal growth. There is no partiality here. Even though the founder's acquaintances also work in the company, honestly, I can say that management has not given any special treatment or benefits to them. The company's policies are applied equally to all employees, maintaining a fair and transparent environment. This is definitely one of the best companies to work for.

Previously, the management did not offer benefits like medical insurance to employees. However, they have improved and are now they're providing such benefits, showing their efforts to give their best. There is a need for more engaging fun activities.
