They treat their employees as if they are robots, believing they can do anything to them. Some members of the management team are extremely arrogant, especially the marketing head Mr. Souvik Baskey. He is very impolite towards his team and subordinates and he doesn't know how to behave professionally. Unfortunately, he is part of the management team and acts as if he can mistreat anyone, including HR executives. I have never seen such an unprofessional individual in a management position. The management team is unable to make proper decisions. They frequently change policies and decisions without any consistency, creating chaos and a lack of discipline. There is no job security, as they can ask to leave without providing a valid reason. Some management employees behave as if they are the second owners of the company, including Mr. Souvik Baskey.
