... market, do some home packaging, look after home, etc. no work culture is there. When we protested against the management because they were deducting Tax from salary when the monthly salary was 7k-10k, they just sacked us from positions. Didn't provide any documents. No joining letter, salary slip, or Relieving letter. Management are being taught that they should not be polite to juniors, rather have to be harsh like school teachers. They will show interest in your personal life as well. Why are you moving around with someone on holidays, etc. The President having several YouTube channel, he asks to promote those channels as well. Treats organization workers like personal family labour.

Like - Leave policy , National Holidays off, Salary on time, You can learn so many things as a fresher. HR is supportive Dislike - The management is even worse. They treat their employees as if they are robots, believing they can do anything to them. Some members of the management team are extremely arrogant, especially the marketing head Mr. Souvik Baskey. He is very impolite towards his team and subordinates and he doesn't know how to behave professionally. Unfortunately, he is part of the management team and acts as if he can mistreat anyone, including HR executives. I have never seen such an unprofessional individual in a management position. The management team is unable to make proper decisions. They frequently change policies and decisions without any consistency, creating chaos and a lack of discipline. There is no job security, as they can ask to leave without providing a valid reason. Some management employees behave as if they are the second owners of the company, including Mr. Souvik Baskey.

One of the worst organization to work.. The management is so so poor that they think the employees are personal labour.. if you want a one day leave you need to approve 1st then apply for leave.. i don't know what kind of work ethics is this ..but i am sure that the organization will be collapsed one day just because of this level of management and work culture.. the HR is just for show there is no work.. no work life balance, no growth just a poor company who treats their employees in very poor way... no job security... there is only one thing just do your work silently if you complain about anything then you'll be fired .. worst organization ever seen in my life .. may we raise voice against this kind of organization..no work in this type of organization they are just maniac ... to work in this organization is better to do no work in life ..
