I get to choose what I work on, and most of the work that I do directly has an impact. Very high rate of growth and trust/responsibility is given if shown promises. The growth in the company focuses on both personal and career, with challenges given to us time to time to reflect on ourselves. Leadership and mentorship is given to all employees.

More time is given for people who struggle, inter-dependent tasks with other teams could take a while.

A best place that helped me grow rapid fast both in work and as a person. The widened culture and people who carry it in the company holds up the main reason for its achievement of where we are right now. For anyone who gets into surfboard should carry interest and enthusiasm together along with so much of luck. I’m glad that I’m a part of the team that is changing the fintech world to its best.

If it was there any I wouldn’t be a part of it anytime. To put it in simple words, It’s the best work place ever.
