I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Dislikes

No salary increments No work from home No holiday High work presume No healthy environment No job security It's best for 10/12 class failed candidate not for any degree or engineer grade holders

Nothing much Only likabale thing is as I'm in a govt project under this company payroll so salary comparatively a little higher as per govt rules.

Travel allowance not given though mention in the offer letter 2 month notice period No fixed office hours almost regular 10 hours needed though no overtime No overtime Monthly no fixed duty sometimes with 5 holidays and other festival holidays also you have to work like 26-27 days No bonus
