Nothing much Only likabale thing is as I'm in a govt project under this company payroll so salary comparatively a little higher as per govt rules.

Travel allowance not given though mention in the offer letter 2 month notice period No fixed office hours almost regular 10 hours needed though no overtime No overtime Monthly no fixed duty sometimes with 5 holidays and other festival holidays also you have to work like 26-27 days No bonus

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no bond. On the job training is not given to New joiness.
