Lack of Job security - If a client is lost, team members are penalized by a cut in increment and variable pay , Lack of transparency for appraisal & Performance linked incentive - No discussion is made by Partner, Lack of space at work particularly in the office (e.g. no usage of mobile phone etc.) Weak HR including policies i.e. Policies are not employee friendly, Hierarchy not followed (e.g. Partner calling even a article and asking about Managers / Team leaders presence and work status), No review of work by Partner (Partner coming for client discussion with preparation and going through the presentation during discussion, No "Work from home" policy.

Less pressure environment and job security.

CTC package that company offers is a myth as monthly salary before tax is only 80% of CTC and rest 20% depends on the employee stay in the company. Also the company has poor HR policies in place and are not in the interest of an employee.

Yeah... Definitely I enjoyed working a lot with SSA... it's being my life 1st corporate work experience with ssa.. And well u guys known that a person in his/her life can never forget their any first thing.. Thanks #ssa #Rsm

Decent Company. Good Work Life Balance. Good Exposure. No Unnecessary Work Pressure. Seniors are understanding and friendly.

It's always Okayish Pay. Need to give more. Better coordination required between Administration Department.
