Growth is most important factor in every person life and personally I think it's good to work 1 or 2 years in this firm to take experience otherwise no growth in this firm.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
