System is very slow. Software is very slow. Marketing needs improvement. Needs focus on advertisement. Needs Lab in asansol as per patient demand and on time reports.

...me with girls employees. If you speak against them, you will become their enemy. And salary is too much low. You have to do overtime maximum days.

...ressure. Dont get time to take breakfast or lunch. No holiday. No personal life. Less salary. Lots of politics specially in khardah center. No proper management.

It is a secure company...and the work flow is very smooth and systematic what I like most in Suraksha Diagnostic, I gather huge knowledge from here...

There is no career growth, salary structure is very poor , no increment...there is a lot of payment issue and a lot of politics...

HR people are the worst. Do not update the employees if any policy gets changed. Always finds a reason to deduct salary. No bonus and incentives, no leaves. No coordination among the hr people for which work done in an extremely slow speed. No sick holidays provided to the employees during Covid according to the ICMR rules. Salary was deducted accordingly.
