No like about suraksha khardah branch.

Dislikes

Too unfavourable for work. Too much pressure. Dont get time to take breakfast or lunch. No holiday. No personal life. Less salary. Lots of politics specially in khardah center. No proper management.

I joined Suraksha as a front desk executive right after college, and it's been a fantastic learning experience. The management is approachable, and they offer plenty of oppourtinities to grow within the company. The working hours are reasonable, and the work life balance is good.

The Initial training could be more comprehensive but you learn quickly on the job

Suraksha everyday attendance machine problem and not work... Dumdum Nagar bazar Mall Road suraksha new manager is very interested of my personal life and interfere in my personal life decision ... And every day office close is very late and work system is very bad.

They give me the job opportunity at time when I was need a job urgently. This organisation is good for girls .

It was a horrible experience for me. So once during the duty I started suffering from asthma, I requested them repeatedly but did not get any help. At that moment they told me that if they give permission to HR deparment then I will be allowed to go out for 5 minutes, but they were not allowing me to take my mobile. Then they asked me to wait in the changing room. I stayed like that for over 2 hours with shortness of breath. Also managers are like to spend their time with girls employees. If you speak against them, you will become their enemy. And salary is too much low. You have to do overtime maximum days....Read More
