Culture, work environment , job security all are pathetic . Every time their is a threat that whether one will return home with a job . Pathetic mindset of Higher management and both the MDs.

Suraksha me leave milta hai bohot jyda. Head office stuffs are very nice.

but salary thik nhi hai inka. Increment nhi deta thik se. Duty hours thik nhi hai. Kuch managers to bohot hi rude hai. Unke liye suraksha chorna padta hai. Jab Inka man chaha to dur transfer kr deta hai.

...ironment and culture.Teammates are supportive but management is not transparent.company policies was good but not now, appraisals are not fair and they don't give good salary hike.

i have learned new new think in suraksha and also suraksha is a brand .

As a floor manager i earned 10 thousand salary per month , but the new employ who is appoint for this post salary almost double , I have not received appraisal on proper time . as per office requirement and also instructed by my center manager i did different shift but my salary also deducted . management do not caproate with employ who posted in center and also did not appreciated employ for good job but the did any mistake the mangement show cause the particular employ .

There is no career growth, salary structure is very poor , no increment...there is a lot of payment issue and a lot of politics...
