...m anyone. They expect you to keep dialling numbers like a machine and get sales. Threaten to deduct salary when you don’t meet KRA’s whereas nothing as such is mentioned while signing the offer letter. Don’t join this company if you want to save time and peace.

...t is given to employees when they join in sales.every month they fire Employee..deduct salary of you don't conduct sessions..no work life balance...hr names Priyanka... never get into the trap ..no growth factor..it's just u come at 10am and no going back home....it's a school wherein your manager everyday have a session humiliating everyone in floor for 1hr evry morning..never join...people are still working because they are not getting any options and most of them are not qualified enough to get jobs.

- People are supportive everybody follows company values to the core. Love that. - There is the flexibility of every kind. Work is to be done no matter how you do it. - Leadership isn't afraid of questions of any kind. You are just one step away from asking. - Horizontal Hierarchy. Hierarchy only exists for making decisions otherwise there is no barrier to talking to anybody. - Work is fun yet challenging enough for you to blow your brains out (Do you really love a challenge?) - Not a traditional company at all. - You'll never forget a Suraasa party. - In Engineering, there's especially a knack for new ideas and thinking processes. Everybody is just ready to listen and do new and improved things. - Culture is so good that words can't express the feeling of inclusion you have when you work here. There isn't a better culture I've seen in any company.

- Since it's a startup sometimes you may find problems but if you solve them or get attention towards it. It becomes a plus point for everyone. It may not feel nice but it definitely feels like a contribution. - Since it's a startup, you may don multiple hats but that's every other startup. - Believe me, you will be part of a family and family expects things. If you want another 9-5 job don't join. Only join, if you have the passion for the work.

After working with best brands for almost 7 years in the corporate industry I felt toxic and anxiety issues. My life is just so unexpectedly pleasant here. Morning starts with smiling faces welcoming you to work feels so lively. Manager Manish, My mentor Virendra, and Tarandeep being the Senior Manager are just creating a motivating environment for everyone at work. They talk about your feelings in general, mood and if any thing is bothering. I was not expecting this sort of involved and upbeat atmosphere in a company. Thanx for accepting me with open arms and giving me my time and space to make mistakes and learn.
