Planthead is annoying and even older employees are not supportive and treat casuals as if they are not treated. Even at the time of family medical problem, they do not provide mediclaim assistance and also do not give leave.

Company working culture is good, where you do improvement in the system as well as shop floor too.

Dislikes

Increment and promotion policy is the worst. No such other benefits. If you want to enhance your technical skills then it's would not suitable.
