...ld request you to please don't go to Supportmart due to this is fraud company while leaving the company, if you got approval from your manager they are asking me to pay full salary. Much more thing.

The efficiency and alacrity on the floor amaze me every day and I believe they play a key role in making the business more productive. Being in the system for too long, I a have written and worked on individual coding programmes and extended my efforts every time to make ways for new software resources. The CEO (Amitoz Singh sir) and President (Ashish Khanna sir) appreciate your efforts for your contribution. I get motivated every time I receive some sort of appreciation form them.

Dislikes

There is some sort of communication gap in the team that often results in the failure of work as they don't proactively share the work details with team members. Due to this, lots of rework is done that leads to a waste of time and efforts.

Bad experience with kunwar ali and he is dimak for support mart amitoz decision depends on kunwar ali I do not now why but I experienced there zero perc job security

You get perfect work-life balance with no burden of work. Efficiency in work is kept at the forefront followed by making your skill sharper at each step. The management listens to your issues and embraces your ideas. I could experience a flow of knowledge coming in while having been surrounded by the powerhouse of talents. Kunwar ALi sir is a candid person who acts friendly plus takes every task seriously. During my tenure, they taught me the essence of what is good and quality work.

The teamwork is lacking somewhere I would say and Meal facilities are not stable. Vendors keep coming in and going.
