the company is open to innovation and readily latest technology. i love the fact that company offer good salary for fresher , another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collobration. I also like employee Re-hier policy here.

I was Joined this organization last 2 months there is lot of pressure on generating Business and they work on Advance policy My manager is Just passing the things what management says there is no constant growth has to give on sales this month your target is 60 ton next month it may 120 no understanding on Targets. Management involvement is very less.

This company only thinking to work on Advance if you give commitment you have to do no other way or leave organization Heavy pressure and always you have fear when will you loose your Job no Job security totally this company isn't good.
