Salary is on time. Support when you want leave for genuine reasons. Colleagues are good. Its a 10 minutes drive from my home.

I was Joined this organization last 2 months there is lot of pressure on generating Business and they work on Advance policy My manager is Just passing the things what management says there is no constant growth has to give on sales this month your target is 60 ton next month it may 120 no understanding on Targets. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
