...o be solved, specially if you are looking for better salary do not look to join. They do not give salary on time, they make employees pay for any component or job related things and reimburse it once you are fed up with requesting. Since I joined I didn't receive any appointment letter or salary slips. Worst is when you go with a concern to Senior Hr it will not be solved. I have been mailing them since past 2 weeks for my salary they are not even considering to reply. They will do everything for the employee that they are afraid of. Believe me Hr do not care if the employee stays or leave. And if you get an offer from another company and you discuss it with them they will not come to an decision until you have lose that offer.

Great working culture as the company believes on self learning and encourages the team to learn and overcome their weaknesses in regards to work.

Dislikes

Unrealistic deadlines results in piling up the tasks... so managing deadlines becomes bit difficult sometimes.

The founders are great leaders, the company is working on really innovative products, lots to learn and grow. Work life balance is maintained the "Us" in SuperUs really stands for its employees. Great place to work!

Nothing as dislike. Since it is a startup so lot of work to do with limited recourses and team. Because of this team members have to work on different profiles which opens up possibilities for new learnings and skill development which we do not get in an established company.

People here are friendly and look out for you, its rare in corporate culture. The work is interesting with a huge scope for learning and upskilling. With an open door policy the management is humble and listens to all the concerns. It's good to be appreciated for hard work. If you want to learn, earn and grow, this is the place for you.

Work life balance can be affected due to long working hours, initially. But it is also up to time management skills. Also with flexible working hours, it helps to create time line that suits you. In any industry work life balance is tricky and hard to pull off. It took time to find the sweet spot, and with time you'll be able to manage it just fine.
