Likes

People who work there, expect for upper managements. All are 40 year old retards who believe in working 30hrs a day.

Dislikes

The owner and alpha board member of the company will force you work on Sundays as well. They don’t have budget to pay for decent food when it comes to over working till late. If you cross question a single thing you will be put on PIP and then fired.

The work given here was easy and tolerable. Its the same thing everyday. Other than this, there are no perks.

Dislikes

-Uneven shift timings, sick leaves given with great difficulty even though we are allotted one sick leave per month. No national holidays or religious holidays are given. at the end it feels like we are begging for it and it feels extremely uncomfortable. -They weren't transparent about rotational shifts, so it was extremely difficult for me to adjust with shift timings changing and ended up taking a hit on my overall health as well. Even if you're sick they will not give a f*** and tell you to come to office (if you have Prescription or doctors letter then would allocate a leave, even then with great difficulty). - Talking to upper management is like talking to a wall. so don't expect any empathy. And even if you go to HR they will only lend a ear to listen to all your problems, but no point in getting the issue fixed. they will always do things according to upper management and the lower positions are easily replaceable (you.are.replaceable.anytime.) so.....basically, no point. -It didn't end there, I received a incorrect relieving letter with incorrect information provided, and had to call up the office day after day to get the corrected version and wasn't given the document even after they promised a time. I only received a prompt response with the relieving letter once i sent a threat that i would take legal action. I hope no one ever has to goes through this from the company deal with this crap.
