I was working in Project where we had a full freedom to make any decision during the Project and also we got the support from management for the same.

Dislikes

There is no more projects in SHV which makes me unhappy & for the same reason I have resigned from SHV. However,the Organization also don't have any other option to accommodate the project employees.

SHV a MNC in India. Best place to work & learning a lot in this company. Working culture really awesome. HR policies are strong here. It is my 2nd job in SUPERGAS and like to continue as much as possible.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
