Inflation is so high, and the salary is less it’s been more than a year now but it has been increased by ₹1000/- and in that also i get ₹800/-

HR apko Noida office k lie bolkar hire krnge kyuki wha salary 13k,15k de jati hai or Delhi ka scale min. 18k hai, they will make completely foolish to people, and 2-3 bar trial k liye bulaynge, pta nhi kha se aate hai aise log

Increment is mere 5-8% yearly No scope of growth No job security- once you reach a certain salary you will be fire by one way or another Team leaders are pain in s Beg for leaves even if approve one have to do all the work in advance

Zero growth No job security yearly increament 5-7% suddenly send you on unpaid leaves and after 1 month they will terminate without giving any compensation if you're in hand salary will cross 18500/-. Disgusting company and seniors.

suntec web sevcies is a good company, good culture and friendly atmosphere but increment growth salary policy is not good for employes.

all is good. but salary increment policy is not good. after 3 year only 5% increment in this derness condition this is not good for employes no other benifit for WFH like internet.
