Not much pressure of work, seniors and supervisors are supportive, but it also depends upon your luck, who your supervisor is

You'll be paid much less, company will find ways to deduct your salary. When it'll come to your appraisal your manager will accept that you're working hard and you deserve better but at the end he'll be like it's not in my hands to give you a good raise, it's the decision of upper management. Not much carrier growth, unless you're planning to extend your shifts and getting paid the same even after working for multiple projects

There is job not secure atleast for freshers, cause of dependent on to clients, if any project to be closed, the employees are goto the unpaid leave. otherwise seniors are very helpful.

Honestly, am talking about salary, the issue of salary, the incremental of every year max 10%, it's all about dependent on your performance.

Inflation is so high, and the salary is less it’s been more than a year now but it has been increased by ₹1000/- and in that also i get ₹800/-

Some people are friendly but TL and other seniors are taking under pressure all the employee.

...e will not join any male in his team and vice versa, there is a lot of politics. HR apko Noida office k lie bolkar hire krnge kyuki wha salary 13k,15k de jati hai or Delhi ka scale min. 18k hai, they will make completely foolish to people, and 2-3 bar trial k liye bulaynge, pta nhi kha se aate hai aise log

...cervical problems and they sent me on unpaid leave saying that it was of no use. Or this message started circulating in the Skype group of every seniors that by targeting high salary people, I came to know that these people are targeting high salary people. Then suddenly one day I got a call saying that the work, has been done but there is a condition that you have to reduce your salary by 10000 or I denied, then pressure started coming from HR to resign. Finally I resigned.
