Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No job security, process training not provided, giving pressure to achieve sales anyhow, auckward shift timings, hiring and firing if employee unable to give sales, no perks on the job like PF,MEDICLAIM,ESIC,ALLOWANCES ETC. company only want sales nothing else more. Only sunday is off. Unprofessional office environment. There is no fun activity usually company does for employees entertainment. Employees cant expect career growth there is only one person at office who handles every ins and outs.
