I am talking about Garment sector of this company (in hosiery complex) whereas the home furnishing one runs very good. Few employees are good. No late working allowed, sharp timing from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Although I enjoyed working in Sunlord just because of the good colleagues around me.

Dislikes

The company doesn't have good buyers to learn and explore much. They have limited 4-5 buyers (including buying agency) . The owners (Ashish wahi & Ritika wahi) both of them don't know how to talk and behave with the employees who works for their company. How brutally they scold employees in front of everyone it's very disturbing and annoying. We go to work place to learn & take new challenges by the support of owners and colleagues but here you don't feel like working after few months the vibe gets negative bcz of them in our peaceful mind.
