Employee career growth was so poor and harassed ..salary, career, increment nt good also work environment so many problems created with pending issues, it's my experienced very harrassment environment..

The company is mainly in construction work like power sector, steel sector, refinery & civil project any ware in India. I get to travel in so many state in country but it is dependent on project & client's office. There fore my colleagues comes from various state & we work happily & good c operation with each other. I also like the employee re hire policy..

Career growth is slow & compensation is average. The working time is minimum 12 hours & work pressure is every day very high because in finance dept. financial data & reports send to head office in time from site office due to company is in construction business..

Very poor Management team in Head ofc Nagpur, my salry was delayed by 6 months . So as per this u will think what condition of SUNIL HITECH ENGINEERING'S LIMITED IS?? ONLY THE NAME GIVEN LIMITED FIRM BUT DONT WASTE UR TIME AND FUTURE FOR THIS COMPANY..

Sunil hi-tech comparatively good company than others.their most importance is production and targets.sufficient manpower tools and racklesband freedom.overall good culture.

Iam interested to work but they are going to close sites, in totally they are not shifting the staff,they are finalised at site only.
