...y me everyone who is working in recruitment team still Iam from recruiting team. Including Saturday sometimes Sunday as well with out pay but still there is no value for that. And
after working one year i didn't get any hike because of politics from my manager they finally tagged me i am not a performer. Finally they saked me. They did all whatever they could.

...months total of 16 leaves in a year. No matter if you die they want their money. Even in FNF they did not pay me 34 days' Salary and said we have paid already for 30 days. but I did not receive 4 days' salary as my LWD was on the 4th of June.
They did not let me even eat without siting in front of the computer screen. if I go offline or appear away my VP used to call me where are you? Did you complete your target what is the preparation of the Proposal call and did you send the SoW blab la bla bla ... Idiots work there all are losers that's why they sold this company. Inhuman insensitive monsters that's why I left the job because CEO himself was an Idiot.

Only losers will work there who cannot get any job else where.
Right from CEO to HR, Finance it is a mess. Lack of culture in the organisation. Non compliant in finance, HR, Operations...you name it. CEOs minted money and finally sold to Sutherland. Employee matters including POSH cases are brushed under the carpet. High attrition among Senior management. A SVP, VP & Directors are made to work like executives and force seasoned leaders into sales roles and fire them eventually or get them frustrated to leave the organisation. One can imagine what happens to the rest of the janata. Freshers on bench for 2 years and finally laid off without any live experience. Hope the feedback helps a new hire who is seeking a great place to work and takes a wise decision. I wanna close this finally with their recent GPTW certification which is a big joke. I hope everyone knows what a joke GPTW certification is for a mid and small size organisation!! Good luck job seekers.

Company lacks with process and doesn’t pay incentive for work done. Employee is not paid incentive for the quarter if you quit after the quarter. Please be clear with Job description while hiring because we end up doing different job after joining
