No future plans of company
Lot of hiring Was done without any plan and fired all of them new and old people who were working from 4 to 5 years
There is no plan for procurement and material, materials got delayed in every projects.
No hike and increment who actualy working on field.
Poor managemen.
Politics
My team was pretty good but we never got the due appreciation. Lots of good people in the organisation
Dislikes
Everything. Only select few used to get all the benefits in terms of appreciation as well as compensation even though everyone in the company knew they were doing absolutely nothing. CEO is short sighted and keeps those closer who can be a yes man. Mukul, Ashay, Ram and the list is long. People higher up the organisation just buttered CEO and earned big bucks while people doing real work were paid in pennies
No work life balance they will do the zoom call every two three hours and make pressure as well as.
Management reaction like we are selling peanuts.
Totally worst experience with this company.
GPRS tracking culture
Diverse learning experience with an opportunity to understand how different functions in a business function, be it sales, marketing, operations, technology, product management, IT and so on
The opportunity to speak and put forward your ideas in large forums.
Management has been transparent about overall developments at organization level.
Flexibility to try different roles depending upon availability.
No growth in terms of career progression. For initail two years there wasn't even a formal performance management system and it didn't even seemed a priority for the management.
Initially it was more a flat organization but later on a lot of hierarchical layers were build in with no parity leading to too much bureaucracy.
Organization as it grew larger got bloated with too many "so called leaders" with no ground experience and unwilling to understand ground realities. They end up being "yes man" to the management
ultimately delivering no results.
All the leaders just trying to micromanage the juniors with key focus on how they are spending their time at work rather than supporting to deliver results.
A paralysed unclear vision which does not communicate what the company really look forward to.
No consumer research led to building products and trying to implement push strategy to sell them in market which didn't seem to be working.
Erroneous product pricing strategy driven by investor expectations right from day one rather than market reality.
Organization has not been able to convey the USP of their product to the customers and have not been able to build the perception right.
People were expected be on toes from 7AM till 10 PM, regular meetings used to start as early as 7 AM. Lots of unplanned meetings outside work hours and Sundays too
This company doesn't have any future goals, Simply wasting investors money, worst management, No job security. Design manager is worst, And one operation manager is there, Mukul he has lost this brain, Similar to his hair.
Company wants to track activity, Micro management. No time for personal life waste company, Sundays also need to work to complete the work
