Job Security. On Time Salary. No Layoff. No Termination.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No Process in Software Development. We need to do multiple projects in the same time .No Working Time ( we have to work 10 to 12 hours ). No Appraisal ( 2 to 3 percent of CTC only ). If we stay there minum 5 years then we shall get promotion.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
