Ethis/navarathna ( policy) were excellent employee respect/care is excellent , work environment superb...but where as my opinion we need to sacrify our personal works than you will enjoy all the above said fruits ..job security is too good but compassion is low to compare other segment

You can develop your overall skills. One of the best company to start your career. You will learn from basics and get time to develop yourself. People are supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Promotion are very slow and salary breakup is very bad most part of the salary is shown as allowance. Also you have to do all the work like sourcing,fi, disbursement, collection, repo all the things though it is good that you will learn all the things but very hectic to achieve the monthly numbers. Motive period is of 3 months.

Job security, family based environment and sundaram values that existed in past.

Transfer to other deparments without discussion, slow promotions, Employee unfriendly salary structures, NO time for family.

...and criteria it is very hard to get the bussiness from the dealer and customer. No work life balance, very low salary, no uprisal no fuel rebrusment nothing. worst days that we spent in the company.

Low salary. less job satisfaction. No job security. no uprisal. Very poor uneducated branch manager seems to be working like in tabela (diary farm)

...ds on how one takes advantage of the same. Support from management for learning. Not big on compensation for middle level employees.
