Only thing to like about the company is Job Security. Evening in pandemic they have not retrenched any employee.

My review is based on the branch I was posted, not the whole company. The negative things are there is no work life balance, you are expected to work for at least 12 hrs. There is no scope of promotion as it does not depends on your performance, rather how much your manager likes you. I've spent more or less 15 months in the organisation thought it's not enough to pass any sort of judgement in this short time, but I've seen experience people working hard to meet performance are not getting promoted, but people sitting ideally at office doing chit chat with manager are getting promoted. Apart from this as I joined directly after college with no prior experience, I can say from my experience the situation for fresher's is much worse as most of the employees think you as a threat and won't let you learn anything new. So it is not the place to jump start your career, or if you want fast career growth. But if you prefer job security then Sundaram Finance Ltd is the place to work for you....Read More

Work Details

It was terrible, very poor work culture, proportion based no favouritism not actual merit. Not open to new plans or ideas. Overall after spending about 15 months I can definitely say I've wasted 15 months of my career.
