Ethis/navarathna ( policy) were excellent employee respect/care is excellent , work environment superb...but where as my opinion we need to sacrify our personal works than you will enjoy all the above said fruits ..job security is too good but compassion is low to compare other segment

Job security, family based environment and sundaram values that existed in past.

Transfer to other deparments without discussion, slow promotions, Employee unfriendly salary structures, NO time for family.

...and criteria it is very hard to get the bussiness from the dealer and customer. No work life balance, very low salary, no uprisal no fuel rebrusment nothing. worst days that we spent in the company.

Low salary. less job satisfaction. No job security. no uprisal. Very poor uneducated branch manager seems to be working like in tabela (diary farm)

THE COMPANY IS RENOWNED AND HAVING GOOD COMPANY CULTURE AND VALUES. THEY ALSO PROVIDE VERY GOOD JOB SECURITY

...INDSET OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE RIGID AND OTRHODOX. - LESS OR NO INDIVIDUAL GROWTH - LESS PAY SCALE - LESS OR NO INCREMENT. - THEY DON'T EVEN PROVIDE AC FOR BRANCH.
