Career growth due to old employees (RLL) is slow due to comparison between new recruits and old guys. Policies are not uniform on all sites, e.g. transportation is free on few sites, few charge hefty amount,

Sun is following all the standard SOPs and practicing the social distancing very well within the companies . Even the work from home facilities are available based on the Job profile . The company is supporting very well in this time .

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow .

The company fast paced environment is very stressful. The company does not promote Work life balance between work & personal life.

Nothing.... Pay scale is much less..it is difficult to survive in Gurgaon with this much less package ... More than 30% employees try to switch jobs

Company don't even provide food to the employees not the travelling facility, no function celebrations, no appreciation to the employee, not much salary hike. Employees are like workers

Biased nature towards promotions. Decision makers for marketing are employees from sales background Male employees are having extreme work pressure as female employees take immunity in the name of "gender" & don't travel & implement marketing assignments.
