Nothing.... Pay scale is much less..it is difficult to survive in Gurgaon with this much less package ... More than 30% employees try to switch jobs

Company don't even provide food to the employees not the travelling facility, no function celebrations, no appreciation to the employee, not much salary hike. Employees are like workers

Salary system, not having good salary structure based upon current industry norms, huge difference in salaries within same experienced employees. They should have a pay scale system for every grade irrespective of the experience.

Likes

The work culture is very good. Colleagues are really supportive. The mind set of employees here is to contribute to the Company's overall growth. And as a result people are completely involved in their work, but also help each other (even if from different team or function) in their work. Managers are very supportive and learning culture is very good here and individual growth of the employee is also good.

Dislikes

The salary structure is not so good. It is quite low for employees of such a reputed company. Work life balance is sometimes difficult to achieve depending on the function or role.

Likes

...nsurance policy is good, it covers family + any two parents. Every Sat-Sun off. Every year Diwali Bonus is given. Various exposures given in outsourced studies - healthy and Patient PK studies.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not upto the mark. The promotion is slow. A person has to wait for 5-6 years for single promotion. It has a bell shaped curve system so every year rating of 1 and 2 out of 5 has to be given to few employees. Bosses favour those who are close to them. There is no fair appraisal. Even internal transfers are not encouraged/ approved by HOD. Because of few bad bosses whole organization suffers.

Dislikes

Pay compensation is not par with Competitors. Pay is low especially at gurugram location considering the cost of living of this location. Management is reluctant to address this issue. Above these, no daily conveyance is provided.
