Management is rigid. Systems are old and take like forever to start. Pay is less. If you're on third party pay roll, your benefits are further curtailed and problem is they hire most freshers on third party payroll.

Work culture is good and almost all employees are polite and honest to the work responsibility. Company policies are good enough. Management team are supportive and transparent.

...t salary to experience person in fact it is very low as compare to market value. Salary structure should be upgraded at least by considering metro city expenses. Very hard to fulfil our dream with this.

Only Benefit- As company R&D centre is in the city, time in transportation is less which directly benefits to spend more time with family.

Poor compensation, lack of recognition, slow growth, limitation in working, job insecurity, office politics, poor HR policies, No any skill development & training programs, no distance learning courses.

Nothing.... Pay scale is much less..it is difficult to survive in Gurgaon with this much less package ... More than 30% employees try to switch jobs

Company don't even provide food to the employees not the travelling facility, no function celebrations, no appreciation to the employee, not much salary hike. Employees are like workers
