...are needing any help then you will not get that, neither from management not HR. Salary is also very bad. If you are in good terms with the manager/ operation then you might get any help otherwise they are useless. Managers and team leaders are very biased.

Dislikes

Majority of the employees are stoners. Bullishness, Backbiting, rude feedback, gossip, micromanagement and millenium park type culture is at its peak. If an employee is attractive or a Spooner consider yourself in heaven. From Team leads Managers and HR dept are biased.

1. Salary on 6th of month 2. If you are buttering the leads then only can survive otherwise they will pressurize you until you leave. 3. HR policies just to protect the management. 4. Won't get any leaves approved for serious health issue while others get for holidays 5. For chicken pox leave they mark LOP 6. During Diwali they will collect money from you to give bonus to the housekeeping staff. 7. They don't give reimbursement on time. 8. They will make you work more if you finis your work on time and won't give you promotion. 9. They cheat on you while appraisal and reduce your marks giving invalid reasons. 10. They are inhuman treat you like a labor in a factory

I want to share this passage in Hindi. The thing is.. Agar app kisi se mil kar nhi rahoge baat nhi karoge kisi se apna kaam karoge acche se .Toa wo log apko kuch bhi reason se nikal denge.isiliye daily vacancy chalti hai sk me .10 ko nikalo 100 log Naya hire hote hai . Or Haan agar koi select bhi hojaye toa Srija ke team me mat jana .wo intake review ke team me bahot politics hai.be. Aware with 2 guys.subhendu Saha sarkar and one Kavita 🤣🤣. Such a horrible place to work .I preferred go to Concentrix instead of Sunknowledge.And their never Rehire. HR also so bad 😞 Ghatiya hai sab waha .they even don't know how to talk with employees.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
