Majority of the employees are stoners. Bullishness, Backbiting, rude feedback, gossip, micromanagement and millenium park type culture is at its peak. If an employee is attractive or a Spooner consider yourself in heaven. From Team leads Managers and HR dept are biased.

1. Salary on 6th of month 2. If you are buttering the leads then only can survive otherwise they will pressurize you until you leave. 3. HR policies just to protect the management. 4. Won't get any leaves approved for serious health issue while others get for holidays 5. For chicken pox leave they mark LOP 6. During Diwali they will collect money from you to give bonus to the housekeeping staff. 7. They don't give reimbursement on time. 8. They will make you work more if you finis your work on time and won't give you promotion. 9. They cheat on you while appraisal and reduce your marks giving invalid reasons. 10. They are inhuman treat you like a labor in a factory

Nothing to like in this company people work here just because they need job.

Nothing to be like there is absolutely 0 benefits for employees. Even you need to pay every day Rs. 40 for bike parking. Work culture is verily poor instead of work people do every kind of gossip. Management is poor. Hr, accounts, admin management every separtment is lazy.
