Likes

No job oriented training, work hours are hectic. Have to work for 12 hours straight with less break. Verbal abuses by managers and management or HR does not bother if employee continues work regularly. Slow growth in career and does not respect social and personal life of employee.

Dislikes

Disruptive work and life balance and no peace at work. Does not promote personal profession growth rather pushes people hard enough to break their confidence to work with any enthusiasm. No benefit or comfort at work to personal life

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
