Employees are not taken care of in the company. Like security, food, accommodation etc. The money for the employee's travel is not sent on time. The promotion of the employee is almost zero.

Toughest employee screwing company policies even after being a new company in the market.

...y, vague commitments from owner (management), no benefits extended to employees. Company focuses on means to cut and crib employees salary and peace of mind. Any employee will start feeling all this within spending some days of his/ her first month here. No relief or benefits are extended to employees even during COVID wave months.

Everything is in proper manner, excellent working environment where every one is taking their responsibility very seriously, Great platform where every one can show their skills and potential to prove themselves and i can say very supporting management and staff.
