Team mates r not cooperative No job security.They show salary in a huge amount but take back the rest amount from the teachers.

Thank God.. I left that place before it left any mark on me. I used to cry every day while getting ready. My father told me to leave the job but we needed the money that time. Really I felt bad for leaving my talented children in such ruined place. My biggest regret is that I just couldn't do anything about that , maybe I was weak i don't know,but I'll keep on posting this review until the place gets better. They don't even let the teachers teach. Sometimes Principal calls during the class only (actually not sometimes, EVERYTIME). There's also too much politics going around. Toxic environment. If even the teachers create the slightest mistake, she will mark big "P" in their register which means Punishment and then that day salary will be deducted. We are not even allowed to make a mistake and not even the students. I knoww..that the schools are now the Business firms but this is just not good. The business also can be run with dignity.

It really doesn't have the positive environment at all. The principal there is Mrs Hemlata Shukla, she is another lunatic. The school takes the RTE admissions just so they can keep the money ad the aid from the government. The RTE students are not allowed to particularly in any of the competition (any inter school competition). The principal there said , "you should make these students sit on the floor, not to encourage them to participate in any of the competitions." Well.. only this thing made me feel like hell. Even I felt ashamed to not able to help those children. School's instructions are "make RTE students sit at last". This definitely is not the school for the good and passionate teachers. Any of the parents are free to abuse the teacher here. And the teachers have a hectic schedule, sometimes not even a single period free. And also made to stay after school many a times till the evening. Worst school. Not worth the money. I taught there for 2 whole yrs and felt like a prison. I shared my honest review on a public platform, many teachers shared this on the school group and then they left the school. Its Just .......it'll take 4-5 generations to make this school a better place. Definitely not for the good and brilliant minds.

Principal of Sughar Singh Academy, Koyla Nagar Branch 'Vanya Sharma' is very rude.. she never gets satisfied with your work.. never appreciate, always in a bad mood, never smile.. you can't take your own leave... Worst behaviour of Principal I have ever seen
