Please do not join in this company because , your salary will be cutted down through lop's You are supposed to work from morning 8 am to 9Pm ,Amith Ranjan who is the Manager here is an Dumb do not know how to drive an sales team ,owner of the company madan knows all this still he would support you will be asked to work without any week off's and leaves are not allowed to be taken Asked to work on Festivals Worst leave policy , Worst management For the patients who are taking packages think before you join this company They will not tell the hidden things Health consellers here are not from medical background to give the right things They are giving information to customers by using same script to everyone and fake promises

No job security they can remove u immediately without any prior information for no reason. You can join the company only if u have good flirting skills with the manager. No Appreciation or Appreciation is give even if u die for the company. The manager here don't want good folk she just wanted boys who can flirt with her. High scope for muslim boys. No overtime work is appreciated u will get blamed instead. Manager finds and blames unnecessary even if it's not ur mistakes

...when WFH was allowed). -The Office is situated in a good but expensive location. -Salary on time, only one time it was delayed which is totally fine, but HR team never accepts their own mistakes, which is a big red flag and shows a negative personality. -Benefits -No hierarchy -Mostly good colleagues and good founder.

Dislikes

-I didn't feel like people were trying to solve problems, poor efforts from one particular department, once I found a KPI's incorrect numbers and reported to one senior, just because wrong one was presented & next quarter's target was set, that person didn't bother to discuss or disclose it, which tell they are not serious and probably afraid of top management. -Definitely NOT for skill development and growth (for analytics/data science/product).

Daily consulting clients, and on time salary

There is no sales target but various other targets in daily basis, weight loss, cliebts daily vital data entry like weight waist smbg , fbs loss, waist size loss, daily forceful call to client, clients get irritated, even call is dependent upon specific dialogues towards daily weight and sugar prick parameter , monthly raring, then every quarterly rating andcrating should 4 out of 5 no place for 2 or 3 out of 5. Daily 40-50 audio calls which should long for 3-5 minutes along with 6-10 video calls 30 and 60 minutes long daily basis.

...ey say the timings will be flexible during interview but there is no such thing. They want us to work late in the evening and they don't pay the allowance for the same. Toxic team managers who want us to work the entire day and later no credits will be given to us. if there is any issue from the patient's side - all the blame will be put on Nutritionist. Sales people will sell the plan by making false promises to patients and ultimately Nutritionist has to face the consequences. Nutritionist has to run behind the patient every-time, there is no respect for the them. Remuneration is less as per the work. P.S- Do not work here if you want to have work life balance & peace of mind. People are toxic here. P.P.S.: To all my fellow nutritionist, Don't be a part of toxic work culture- its better to start your own.
