The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a national client base. A s result, I get to travel Whole Maharashtra & Goa especially to the PUNE and GOA. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth very-very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 18-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Regional Manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my reporting managers, but they mostly go unnotice during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain every-time.

Pros: 1. Good infrastructure. 2. Good workplace for freshers. Cons: 1. No growth in terms of salary and designation. There are many employees who are more than 5 years working on same position. 2. Appraisal on every two years. Maximum percentage will be 7% 3. Zero workbalance. Zero healthy relationship amongs teammates 4. No social securities like PF, Health insurance. 5. Zero employee engagement by HR. 6. High level of politics. 7. Working on old technologies and mind set of the management is not an employee friendly. 8. They don't hire muslim candidate.

there is nothing to like about this company. It's the worst company with negative work culture and environment. manager and top management don't understand the problem of the employees and try to build up pressure on the employee from the day employee joined the company. employees are nice in payworld but they are stuck in the same position due to a lack of skills and dirty politics being played by top management.

everything is bad about this company from the environment to the work culture and the workspace is small. there are no career development and growth opportunities in this company. management is very poor. Hr doesn't treat employees very nicely. toxic behavior towards employees by top-level management. no perks and amenities at the office premises. no rewards and recognition for the employees. no job security for the employees.no job satisfaction for the employees. there is a manager in the operation team named anuj Bhatia who is currently handling the operation team - he is the worst manager in the operation team. Also, there is HR whose name is Jyoti Sharmawho treats the employees very disrespectfully, demotivates the employees, and tried to put pressure on employees to resign by themself.
