Likes

There is nothing much to like, work is very slow and lot of internal politics

Dislikes

The company lacks vision and there is a lot of micro Management. All the decisions are being taken by the owner of the Company. The HR team is totally non existent, those who have left organisation have got their FnF in 7-8 months. There is no support from hr and the policies are ridiculous to say the least. There is a high attrition rate and employees who stick for longer term are the one's who have politicized the working environment.
