Worst school I have never seen.work culture is worst.No ethics.No value for teachers point.Few teachers are only interested in gossip.Instead of developing skill, we can learn how to gossip and spoil the working environment.Working in Sudarshan has no bright future.If u want to see yourself in good position after 5 years of experience.Then don't join Sudarshan Vidya Mandir institution.U will spoil your career by your hand.

Work culture and cheap politics among teachers, no encouragement to team work and new ideas.Rule is not same for all the teachers.Worst management I have never seen.

Un planned management .who working they don't have proper plan. They have communication issues with colleagues.more over we loose our self respect.no humanity only. I never seen in my career un planned management.

It is a well known institution and has a very good reputation since ages. The director spoke very jovially and made me feel calm while answering her questions during the face to face interaction.

There needs to be a playground so that taking students to another ground by van every time can be avoided.

Working with Sudarshan is like being a part of one big joint family. Colleagues are extremely supportive and the management encourages you to explore your interests and grow appropriately.
