Work culture and cheap politics among teachers, no encouragement to team work and new ideas.Rule is not same for all the teachers.Worst management I have never seen.

Good vicinity, traditional school, encouraging and supportive team mates. Our Principal was a role model for the teachers with her commanding educational skills. Salary was paid promptly with good incentives every year.

Dislikes

Sometimes politics among team mates. Leave facility is less. Transport facility for teachers not provided.

Work Details

Great experience achieved during my stay. Good involvement with students cultural programmes in some occasions. This job taught me to be a wonderful teacher as it was so enthusiastic in physical classes in academics and other activities.
