Work culture is good

Dislikes

Management is not good , they didn't look issue related to employee. Appreciation got only those candidate who is talking with upper management daily basis. And about any people issue they didn't look and resolve.

It's a nice org for young engineers to learn and excel in tech stack

Dislikes

The company culture was toxic and filled with politics. Rather than supporting the employees, management was keen on creating rifts among colleagues. They would discourage people who worked 9 to 6 and wanted people to stay late. Not a good organization to work with.

Successive Software provides better environment to show your learning ability as well as learn lots of things, employee are so familiar they co-ordinate with each other in very well manner. Apart from that it provides prize for extra carricular activity and toors for their employees lot's of games also and employees participate in activity happily

Little bit work pressure nothing else

Likes

It's a small organisation, that supports lot of small clients. We can learn multiple platform and have an opportunity to work with different application. Overall it's a good company for Freshers.
