Good place to work if you only care about work and dont mind whats going on in office.

Dislikes

Even after working for 3years i ddint feel like working there ina single day first they talk nicely then the make you do every work there is in that office and make you feel guilty if you tell them you cant or wount do that,Boss over there is very demanding and wants you to throw your own time and will call you on sundays if refuse you end up being a bad person then if he gets mad at someone he will connect them with you and yell at others, Every higher ups are taught not to talk with peoms or any other employees or talk even when you are having lauch or any other time.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
